Hot-Dip Galvanized Grating Manufacturing Instructions

1. The hot-dip galvanized grating cover (excluding edge sealing) must be welded using a high-frequency fully automatic welding machine to prevent erosion of the base material.

2. Material: All materials used are CNS SS400 steel.

3. After the grating is manufactured and formed, it must undergo hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment. The zinc coating amount should be at least 610g/m².

4. Edge Sealing: Flat steel bars of h*6mm are welded to both sides of the grating. Weld slag must be thoroughly cleaned.
